Category: Education - Higher Ed The RELLIS campus is an ongoing development that represents six core values of Texas A&M-Respect, Excellence, Leadership, Loyalty, Integrity, and Selfless Service. The building features classrooms, laboratories incorporating state-of-the-art teaching and technology, faculty offices, and spaces for student collaboration. The spaces include: two 35-seat small classrooms; one 50-seat medium classroom; one 66-seat seminar classroom; one 175-seat lecture hall/auditorium; eight laboratories accommodating electronics, computer technology, materials science, and fluids/thermodynamics, a learning resource center and student study area, faculty offices and support spaces, and student services spaces. Category: Liturgical / Faith Based Tellepsen has had the privilege of partnering with Champion Forest Baptist Church on several expansion projects including a 140,000-square-foot, 4,600-seat worship center with music suite and offices, extensive site work, and a 1,000-space parking lot, three education buildings with classrooms, and support services, kitchen/servery and cafeteria (totaling 170,000 square feet), and an 86,000 square foot renovation to the existing education building. All of this was a reflection of the successful ministry of Champion Forest Baptist Church and allows the church to continue to expand its ministry and meet the needs of the church community. Category: Community / Non-Profit This 56,000-square-foot volunteer service headquarters with 28,000 square feet of one-level underground parking is located on a 6.8-acre site and trains more than 11,000 adult leaders each year so flexible training and meeting rooms were essential. The ground floor Scout retail shop is important to funding and an outdoor courtyard provides for informal gatherings and events. The building has a beautiful stone and plaster exterior with a metal roof. The two-story lobby features rough-sawn wood trusses and a wood deck ceiling for a rustic lodge effect. Category: Hospitality This mixed-use development consists of Class A offices, executive apartments, a five-diamond hotel and structured parking. The 33-story, 565,803-square-foot building includes a hotel with a large conference center, office space, and residential units. The ground-level of the building features a spacious hotel lobby, multiple restaurants, private dining, retail space, martini bar, salon, pool area, coffee bar, spa, valet services and a luxurious grand ballroom. An attached 10-story, 252,837-square-foot parking garage provides guests and tenants with access to a car wash and detailing services. The development contains a junior ballroom, junior and luxury suites, executive suites, and a presidential suite. The building also features multiple floors designated for offices with 11,147 square feet of open multi-tenant space. The 28th floor houses the Executive Office level designed with waiting rooms, storage rooms, break rooms, private dining, conference rooms, copy rooms, and executive and CEO offices.
