The ground floor Scout retail shop is important to funding and an outdoor courtyard provides for informal gatherings and events. The building has a beautiful stone and plaster exterior with a metal roof. The two-story lobby features rough-sawn wood trusses and a wood deck ceiling for a rustic lodge effect. The 33-story, 565,803-square-foot building includes a hotel with a large conference center, office space, and residential units. The ground-level of the building features a spacious hotel lobby, multiple restaurants, private dining, retail space, martini bar, salon, pool area, coffee bar, spa, valet services and a luxurious grand ballroom. An attached 10-story, 252,837-square-foot parking garage provides guests and tenants with access to a car wash and detailing services. The development contains a junior ballroom, junior and luxury suites, executive suites, and a presidential suite. The building also features multiple floors designated for offices with 11,147 square feet of open multi-tenant space.
