The team built out approximately 25,500 square feet of shell space on the 8th and 9th floor of the Health 2 Building, which Tellepsen also completed. The space serves as an interim home for the newly chartered Medical School at the University of Houston until their new building is completed in several years. The two-phase project included classrooms, mock exam rooms and instruction laboratories, faculty offices, student lounge, study spaces, and a gross anatomy laboratory.
