The 37,000 SF expansion included the construction of concrete tilt-wall building to seamlessly integrate with the existing building. Category: Education - K-12 - ISD This project consisted of a stretch 50-meter pool with a concrete deck, and canopies along the long sides of the pool. There are enough bleachers for 500 spectators. The support buildings are roughly 10,000 square feet and house the locker rooms, coach's offices, weight room, public restrooms and lobby, as well as pool equipment and storage. Category: Office / Corporate (Interiors) Complete demolition and build-back of 240,000 square feet of interior space on 12 different building levels in Greenspoint Three. Executive areas of the building included high-level finishes consisting of both wood and stone flooring, custom mahogany doors, with millwork, crown molding, chair railing, and wainscot throughout. < Back to Projects Memorial Park Conservancy Seymour Lieberman Trail and Bridges Owner: Memorial Park Conservancy Architect: Lauren Griffith Inc. Size: 5,327 sq. ft. Category: Parks / Open Spaces This project relocated approximately a 1/2-mile section of the existing Seymour Liberman Trail away from Memorial Drive and further into the heavily wooded environment of the park. The project is located between Memorial Park Eastern Glades to the East and the Land Bridge to the West and included three pedestrian bridges that span across existing ravines and active water ways, as well as decomposed granite trails, and site lighting throughout. < Back to Projects City of West University City Hall Additions & Renovations Owner: City of West University Place Architect: PGAL - Pierce Goodwin Alexander and Linville Size: 40,295 sq. ft. Category: Civic / Government Tellepsen was retained by the City of West University Place for the redevelopment and expansion of the city's municipal complex. The multi-building complex includes a two-story addition to the City Hall for a new Police Station, Emergency Operations Center, locker rooms, and new single occupancy sleeping quarters for the Fire Department. Parks & Recreational Facilities added a new 24,000-square-foot fitness center, an 11,000-square-foot indoor competition swimming pool, recreational play fields, parking, and a new 5,000-square-foot community center. A state-of-the-art leisure pool included water features, a climbing wall, a diving area, and a child water spray park. The complex was recognized for its contribution to sustainability through Leadership in Energy & Environmental Design (LEED) Certified Certification. To play, press and hold the enter key. Category: Education - Higher Ed This project combined the existing Student Health & Counseling Centers into one new 31,500-square-foot facility at the old King Hall location. The Health Center includes a walk-up pharmacy, exam rooms, nursing stations, and offices for health providers; specialty areas for triage, procedures, and a future radiology room; and lab facilities and support spaces including an equipment/supplies area with autoclave and linen closets, etc. The Counseling Center includes private and specialized therapy rooms. Category: Healthcare (New | Major Addition) Nestled on a lushly wooded site in northwest Houston, St. Luke's Hospital at The Vintage offers a compassionate, healing environment while providing its unique brand of faithful, loving care. The 212,000 square-foot, four-story healthcare complex has 106 patient beds and 76 medical/surgical beds, 12 ICU beds, and 14 labor/delivery/postpartum units. The facility includes 6 operating rooms, 2 endoscopy rooms, 2 catheterization labs, and a cytology room. Category: Healthcare (New | Major Addition) Directly adjacent to St. Luke's Episcopal Hospital's Community Medical Center, the 100,000-square-foot, four-story structural steel Medical Arts Center provides clinical, diagnostic, and outpatient services within the four-story building. The project includes new surface parking for 448 vehicles, a pharmacy drive-thru lane, and a small central plant, all of which is master planned for future growth.
