This multi-phased on-campus demolition and construction program encompassed 77% of the existing buildings. This was accomplished while keeping the school in full operation. Relocation of students and administration to newly constructed buildings mid-phase allowed the demolition of the balance of the existing buildings. Phase I included rebuilding a 100,000-square-foot administrative, classroom, and laboratory building in 12 months. Phase II included a 150,000-square-foot classroom, laboratory, dance, music, and special education addition on multiple sites within the existing campus.
