The project consisted of a nursing simulation learning center, offices, engineering studios, multi-purpose classroom and seminar spaces. The building scope was 83,000 square feet with a three-level steel structure on a structural slab and auger cast foundation system. The exterior is a combination of brick veneer with aluminum curtain wall and composite panels.
