Matt Elswick

Matt Elswick joined Tellepsen in January 2022 and brings over 10 years of financial management experience within the construction industry and related services. His career started in the field which is where he developed his passion for providing high-class service to internal stakeholders and most importantly, customers. Matt brings a “field first focused” approach to our support function organization whereby teams are consistently challenged to influence the score versus simply keeping the score. Before joining Tellepsen, he was APTIM’s Vice President of Finance for their Construction, Maintenance, and Environmental business units. Previously he held various leadership positions within Chicago Bridge & Iron (CB&I) and The Shaw Group.

Matt's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Kentucky and a Master of Business Administration from Southeastern Louisiana University.
