The Mark A. Chapman YMCA at Katy Main Street was built to provide amenities to the growing community. The 35,000-square-foot facility contained a Welcome Center, exercise rooms, studio fitness rooms, locker rooms, a wellness center, and administrative offices. This space not only creates a welcoming environment for clients but staff and facility personnel alike.
