The Roy G. Cullen Building was a part of a larger campus renovation project focusing on building renovations that included maintenance issues, modernization, and creating more usable spaces throughout the campus. The Roy G. Cullen building included a full interior renovation of the 55,000-square-foot building. Interior work consisted of new walls, finishes, fire alarm mass notification system, fire sprinkler system, audio/visual communications system, plumbing, and electrical lighting, as well as HVAC ductwork and fixtures. Other work such as walkways, masonry repair, concrete ramps and landing, stairs, and handrails was also included.
