The project included a two-story, 66,000-square-foot tilt wall administrative office building, one-story, 24,000-square-foot community resource building with meeting space, and adjacent four-level, 156,000-square-foot parking structure for 458 cars. These structures met a critical need for the United Way and allowed them to continue to expand their mission.
