Nestled against an affluent residential West Houston neighborhood, Three Memorial City Plaza is the third office building in a 950,000-square-foot commercial office building development. The 350,000-square-foot, 14-story Class A office building was originally a speculative development. The project included an intricate 937 car addition to the existing parking structure that is immediately adjacent to the neighborhood residences. A stunning rose garden replete with a commissioned sculpture of Emily Morgan, the Yellow Rose of Texas, ties Three Memorial City Plaza to the adjoining properties at the ground level and an elevated crosswalk connects the properties for ease of traffic flow between the three buildings.
