The renovation of the existing space was undertaken to fully outfit laboratory incubatory suites, a project marked by several distinctive features. A Cooling Tower was added to enhance the facility's climate control capabilities, while a Structural Slab with an Underground Void System was installed to provide a solid foundation and accommodate necessary infrastructure. Additionally, a level 7 Clean Room was established to meet stringent cleanliness standards vital for laboratory work. The project also included the installation of new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP) to support the advanced technological needs of the space. Exterior masonry was meticulously repaired to restore and preserve the building's structural integrity and aesthetic appeal.
