Texana is one of the largest community-based providers of behavioral healthcare and intellectual and developmental services in Texas. Preconstruction and construction services were delivered through CMAR for a 31,611-square-foot, two-story administration building and a 15,498-square-foot, one-story learning center. Site development included parking for 160 spaces, sidewalks, pavilion, and a covered walkway.
