The Tellepsen Family Downtown YMCA is a crown jewel in the bustling revitalization of the downtown Houston community. Serving over 20,000 members, it is the largest operating YMCA of greater Houston. The Tellepsen Family Downtown YMCA is the flagship of the YMCA of Greater Houston, replacing the previous 70-year-old downtown facility. It provides amenities and services that the former facility was unable to offer, including a three-level parking garage, child watch program, women's wellness center, and indoor running/walking track.
