St. Francis Episcopal Day School offers students an educational program that is serious in principles strong in academics. The school required additional space for their growing student body. This three-phase project includes the demolition and construction of three buildings on their 23-acre south campus: a 60,500 square-foot pre-primary building, 68,000 square-foot primary building, and a 7,900 square-foot primary 2 building. The project also includes the construction of an athletic field and a gymnasium building as well as the renovation of the main house, guest house, and caretaker's house.
