This is a new 57,481 square-foot, two-story classroom building housing cosmetology and culinary training and certification programs. The building is comprised of three commercial kitchens, two commercial bakeries, a banquet space, over 200 cosmetology workstations, along with offices for the programs faculty and administrative personnel. Site development included grading, drainage systems, installation of water systems, wastewater systems, and natural gas lines.
