Preconstruction and construction services were delivered for a one-story, 25,000 square-foot East Servery with two dining rooms to replace two outdated and inefficient kitchen and servery facilities at the convergence of Will Rice, Lovett Colleges, and Sid Richardson College. It serves as a beacon for residents, day and evening, as they gather to select meal choices, then return to their respective college dining commons to eat.
