The project involved a comprehensive 24,599 square-foot interior renovation of the fourth floor of the Medical Arts Center III in The Woodlands for Retina Consultants of Texas to create a state-of-the-art facility accommodating both medical treatments and research diagnostic teams. The renovation incorporated several advanced design elements, including branding walls, panoramic wall coverings, acoustical ceilings, stretched fabric wall systems, and decorative plaster. Custom seating with integrated planters was installed to enhance both comfort and visual appeal. Sustainable flooring materials, such as wood, ceramic, carpet, and cork rubber, were utilized to ensure durability and a modern aesthetic. The functional layout of the renovated space includes 18 exam rooms, 2 eye refraction exam rooms, records storage, flex/huddle/collaboration areas, a medication room, an injection room, a conference room, a dining room, 2 patient waiting areas, 6 imaging rooms, a mail room, restrooms, and patient check-in and check-out areas.
