Interior demolition and renovation of Levels 2 & 3 at the Kirby Northern Trust Building. Scope included a 5,524 square foot interior buildout of new office space with the installation of imported stone flooring, wallcovering, custom millwork and Hurculite door and glass wall partitions. The project also consisted of bringing the current building up to current fire safety codes.
