The project includes construction of a new 256,000-square-foot hospital including a four-story bed tower, surgery and emergency department along with ancillary services. This will provide the Pearland campus with 64 new inpatient beds and shell space for an additional 64 inpatient beds. The new hospital will integrate with a 40,000-square-foot Convenient Care Clinic to be opened by January of 2014. The hospital is scheduled for completion in August 2015.
