Memorial City Professional Office Building IV added 150,000 square feet of multi-tenant medical office and clinic space to the campus, including a second floor Imaging Center. The six-story building is connected to a 237,500-square-foot, 700-space precast concrete parking structure. Memorial City POB IV provides tenancy options for a wide range of healthcare providers. Building systems were planned and constructed to allow optimum flexibility in leasing and configuration of clinical and medical office spaces to align with Memorial Hermanns physician recruitment and retention programs. Constructed on the densely populated and congested Memorial City campus, Memorial City POB III required meticulous attention to phasing, staging, and site logistics to achieve minimum disruption to the 24/7/365 operation of the highly trafficked healthcare campus.
