Design/Build project involving the construction of a medical tower, parking garage, and renovations to existing facilities. Major Phases: (total square feet 952,000) Medical Tower nine-story, 317,000-square-foot medical tower with patient rooms, modernized emergency care center and twelve operating rooms Parking Garage seven-level, 525,000-square-foot structural pre-cast parking garage with 1,561 parking spaces, and an elevated pedestrian bridge connecting to existing facilities. Renovations 110,000 square feet of renovations to the outpatient surgery, central sterile, nutritional services and materials management services while hospital remained fully operational.
