Tellepsen partnered with the Houston Food Bank on their new facility which included preconstruction and construction services on 300,000 square feet of renovation and reconfigure of an existing food storage warehouse with freezers, coolers, and dry goods warehouse with receiving, sorting, repacking, and shipping area. It also included new corporate offices and a conference center. This project was recently awarded the 2013 Development of Distinction Award in the Non-Profit Category by the Houston District Council of the Urban Land Institute.
