The HCA Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center project was a renovation that included reconstructing of operating rooms, laboratories, corridors, lobbies, cafeteria, and ambulatory entrances. Because the project occurred in an occupied setting, the construction was phased to accommodate. Great attention was paid to scheduling and phasing during preconstruction. Job site safety was the top priority in order to keep crews, patients and hospital staff safe and unaffected by the ongoing project.
