The work involves modifications of approximately 2,223 square feet of existing interior spaces which include, but are not necessarily limited to, millwork finishes, wall finishes, fixtures and related mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work. The project is located on the second floor of Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center Hospital. The areas scheduled for this Work are currently occupied. This department will remain operational for the entire duration of the renovation work.
