Design/Build services for a 56,000-square-foot facility containing a 1,700-seat sanctuary with auditorium seating and state-of-the-art theatrical audio/video and lighting system; educational and administrative space; multi-use rooms; and a central coffee shop/gathering space that will accommodate 250-300. Site utilities, drives, and parking for 700 cars in the initial phase are also included in this project.
