Tellepsen partnered with the YMCA of Greater Houston to rejuvenate several aspects of the guest experience at the Foster Family YMCA. Renovations focused on the welcome center, an intergenerational room, an expanded wellness center, a youth makerspace, group exercise studios, a new outdoor pavilion, refreshed greenspace, and a renovated swimming pool. The outdoor pavilion features an open, welcoming, and an adaptable multi-purpose court for outdoor group exercise, basketball, pickleball, and other sports. Meanwhile, a unique "maker space" is aimed at providing youth the chance to design, create, explore, learn, collaborate, discover, and invent. The equipment serving the swimming pool has been completely overhauled and upgraded to include heating/cooling equipment to extend swim season for members.
