Fluor's Houston Corporate Office has embarked on a significant relocation project, moving from their older Sugar Land Campus to the bustling Energy Corridor. This ambitious endeavor involves complete renovation of a Granite Properties Building at 3 Eldridge Place. The building, which spans 311,000 square feet and consists of 13 levels, included a comprehensive 9-month demolition and buildback project. The high-end space includes start-of-the-art conferencing spaces, training rooms, offices, and flex spaces. This move marks a new chapter for Fluor, as they transition to a modernized and strategically located office space.
