Complete demolition and build-back of 240,000 square feet of interior space on 12 different building levels in Greenspoint Three. Executive areas of the building included high-level finishes consisting of both wood and stone flooring, custom mahogany doors, with millwork, crown molding, chair railing, and wainscot throughout. The project was successfully completed on time and within budget.
