Entergy Corporation, headquartered in New Orleans, powers life for 3 million families and businesses across Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Texas. Tellepsen was selected to perform a $5.5M interior buildout including new office space for Entergy's Conroe Service Center location. The 23,000-square-foot renovation also included stucco repair, demolition, and addition of a new curtain wall at a critical facility for an energy provider, all while not interrupting services. The project upgraded MEP systems, upgraded electrical services, and provided redundant electrical feeds.
