This boutique full floor interior renovation project of 25,800 square feet, blends the concept of modern and traditional using contemporary palettes that are juxtaposed by traditional pattern. Scope consisted of new high-end finishes including wood flooring, modern lighting, custom millwork, 4€™ x 4€™ ceiling tiles, custom doors and an extensive use of the DIRRT wall system. The space included an executive area, boardroom, a large breakroom, multiple conference rooms and several hive areas features historic landscape artwork as a part of the family's legacy and a sculptural reception desk.
