Designed to resemble a lighthouse on the Texas Gulf Coast, the 115,000-square-foot office space features curved wave walls, light fixtures that resemble the beacon on a lighthouse, boardwalk corridors, a terrazzo floor in the reception area patterned to look like the coast of Texas and ceilings in the elevator lobbies that utilize fiber optics to recreate a starlit night sky. The lunch room features an open grid ceiling, floating sheetrock resembling coastal inlets, stainless steel table tops along the perimeter, custom banquet seating, and hanging graphics to provide the illusion of a tropical underwater scene. Stairwells feature handrail systems that look like those found on a ship. Port holes and ship lighting features continue the nautical theme.
