The project site is located in Southwest Houston on an existing industrial site. The existing facility was demolished, and a new office/technical training facility was constructed in its place. The new 67,000-square-foot office building contains new offices, conference rooms, classrooms, and support spaces. The technical training facility is approximately 46,000 square-feet, providing hands-on training simulation for the works on actual equipment and field conditions. In addition to the very large site, there is a small storage warehouse and vehicular storage canopy. The buildings are considered essential, mission-critical facilities. Facilities remained functional during emergency situations.
