Tellepsen provided building framing, exterior skin, and interior construction for the company's Regional Corporate Office Building. The project also consisted of interior construction on a 10 acre warehouse, truck maintenance facility, guard house, fueling station and pump house. The Branch Office was 53,000 square feet; the Warehouse was 475,000 square feet; the Truck Maintenance Garage was 40,000 square feet; the Guard House was 500 square feet, and the Pump House was 600 square feet for a total of 569,000 square feet.
