The 5 Post Oak project includes the re-positioning of a prominent high-rise in the Galleria area. The scope involves building envelope work, including removing much of the stone facade on the first and second levels and replacing it with curtainwall. On the interior, the work includes renovations to Levels 1 and 2 lobbies, including opening the existing structure for a new monumental staircase, new interior storefront systems, new finishes throughout a new coffee bar/sitting area, and renovations to the sky bridge. The project also includes the construction of two small plazas to the north and south of the building.
