This corporate interior renovation covered more than 78,000 square-feet of Class A public space. A complete demolition and renovation of the basement level, lobby, and level 2 were included in this project. Phased construction allowed for continued occupancy and limited impact to building tenants. High-end finishes included stone, terrazzo flooring, new paint, and glazing.
