The facility is an approximately 60,000-square-foot conditioned air warehouse including 5,000 square feet of office space, break room, restrooms, and shower facilities. The foundation is pier and beam with a thickened slab to support storage racks and 18-wheelers. The facility is conditioned throughout to preserve the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
