This project was a complete renovation of the San Jacinto Community College C2 Marcom building, which included 50% of the exterior skin and complete roof replacement and demolition of the entire interior of the building, which included abatement of MEP piping and flooring containing asbestos. The build back consisted of 17 classroom, 16 student gathering areas, 2 mechanical rooms, 1 electrical room, and 2 sets of restrooms. Exterior improvements consisted of hardscape and landscape.
