The 17,000-square-foot fitness center has state-of-the-art training equipment and facilities. Located on the second floor, the fitness facilities have a panoramic view of the scenic River Oaks golf course. The center includes new locker rooms, whirlpools, and steam rooms. There are also two classrooms for organized health and fitness instruction. The new tennis center has eight courts with athletic surface coating, six clay courts with two competition grade courts used as qualifying courts to support the annual River Oaks Men's Clay Court Championship. A two-level, 300-car parking garage provides additional capacity for the expanded recreational facilities.
