The project included the creation of versatile multi-purpose rooms with folding doors for flexible configurations, a stylish speakeasy breakroom, and a serene 1,585 square-foot terrace with lush landscaping. Luxurious interior details such as stained millwork paneling and simulated Venetian plaster were incorporated, alongside innovative design elements like open space ceilings and specialty laser line lighting in the workroom. The project seamlessly blends historic charm with modern sophistication, creating a vibrant urban oasis in the heart of the city. Additionally, the project pursued LEED certification, showcasing its commitment to sustainable practices and environmental responsibility.
