The Central Connector, in the heart of Memorial Park, is a key component of the Memorial Park Master Plan. It includes land bridges over Memorial Drive that connect the north and south sides of the Park, primarily in the form of prairie occupying areas excavated for the land bridge fill. Located in the heart of the Park, it will enable connectivity to other greenspaces and parks within Houston as part of the expanded trail system within Memorial Park.
