The project included the build-out of 28,840 square foot shell space into 36 ICU, IMU and MedSurg patient rooms, nurse stations and support spaces on Level 4. New plumbing piping was installed underfloor in the ceiling space of the hospitals 3rd floor Central Sterile unit, electrical rooms and IDFs with additional AHUs installed in the 3rd floor mechanical rooms to accommodate the additional airflow requirements.
