Renovation of the HLSR headquarters, including 53,000 square feet of general office space, 2,700 square feet of executive office space, a 5,800-square-foot Tejas Room, an 8,300-square-foot Board Room, and a 600-square-foot Executive Conference Room. All of these are on the Mezzanine level of the New Exhibition Building. A kitchen and MEP work are included in the contract. All voice, data cabling, audio/visual systems, and computer equipment is under a separate contract by the Owner.
