Memorial City Mall Redevelopment
The Memorial City Mall Redevelopment project is a comprehensive upgrade to the existing Mall (2,000,000 SF) that was constructed in the late 1960’s.  The program included three new major department stores, upgrades to all major utilities, new parking surfaces, wayfinding, four new parking structures and major improvements to all areas of the public mall.
