This 160-unit wood frame town home community is designed to meet the burgeoning need for housing for working families.  The project includes an on-site day care center and a computer center with after school activities for children.  Clark’s Crossing was a joint venture with the nonprofit subsidiary of the Laredo Housing Authority.  The facilities are two-story with brick and siding exteriors.

Three-story woodframe apartment complex with stone and siding exterior.  216 one- and two-bedroom apartments ranging in size from 710 to 1,200 square feet.  Each unit offers alarm systems, high-speed Internet cabling, side-by-side washer and dryers, 9-foot ceilings and garages.

Windsor Place is one of the first rental communities built in Laredo since the mid-1980s and is targeted toward the city’s growing middle class.  The community has 2-story wood frame buildings with 176 units and a swimming pool.

9-story (72,000 SF) concrete condominium building with parking on the first level.  Four levels of lofts (two stories per level) with 18 foot ceilings in open living areas, and covered balconies.  Twenty units ranging from 1,554 to 3,158 square feet.

6-story (37,000 SF) beach front residential condominiums with a poured in-place concrete structure.  Elevated structure includes 37 units with one, two or three bedrooms, parking under the building, swimming pool, two spas, controlled access security entrance and a boardwalk to the Gulf.

10-story poured in place luxury residential condominium on the bay front in Corpus Christi, Texas.  The project included site parking, swimming pool and whirlpool/spa, floating boat dock, fishing pier and observation deck.
