Baseball USA "The Yard" is an 11-field baseball/softball complex, and is home to the Houston Select Baseball League, a competitive league comprised of teams of ages 7 - 18.  Tellepsen performed renovations on field #1 into a Select Ball premium baseball field with Texana finishes.

Renovations and additions to the Bay Area YMCA, includes gymnasium, locker rooms, exercise and strength training rooms, and a child care center.  Structural steel building with CMU walls; 20,500 SF.

Construction of a new one story YMCA facility of approximately 19,000 SF.  Additional facilities include swimming pool and gymnasium with cushioned wood flooring.

Pre-construction and construction services for a 2,500 SF addition and renovations of approximately 8,000 SF of existing facilities.  Renovation included upgrading existing facilities for compliance with ADA requirements, addition of an elevator, exterior ramping, and build out.  A 4-story 105,000 SF pre-cast parking garage and renovation to 4,600 SF of existing facilities.

Four-story, woodframe hotel (69,000 SF) consisting of 122 rooms, four suites, swimming pool, and whirlpool spa.  The hotel also includes a 1,100 SF meeting room, full-service restaurant and cocktail lounge.

128 suite, four-story, woodframe hotel (70,000 SF) with swimming pool, self-service laundry facilities, and a full-service business center.  Each guest room also has a full-service kitchen.

Preconstruction services, renovations, and additions to the club built in 1908.  Scope of work included expansion of casual dining area and relocation of the general offices.  A new tennis and pool building was constructed with fitness facilities and a youth recreation area.  Also, a stair/foyer area was converted into a "wine cellar" dining room.
