Hermann Professional Office Building |

Demolition of existing building, total rebuild of 126,000 SF with Modernization and remodeling (400,000 SF) of the existing fifty-two year old medical facility located in the Houston Medical Center. The scope of the work included extensive remodeling of all floors, removal and replacement of the buildings roof, windows, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and elevator systems along with the addition of a fire alarm and automatic fire sprinkler system. The modernization project was completed on schedule in fifteen months and within budget while the medical office building continued in full operation without disruption to tenants or patient services.
