9-story, 226,000 SF medical office tower, with the first floor containing Memorial Hermann medical facilities, connected to a 6½ level, 387,000 SF parking garage, with 1125 parking spaces, via a sky bridge.

Memorial Hermann Northwest Hospital Redevelopment & Expansion

Interior build-out of gastrointestinal lab on the top floor of the St. Luke’s office tower and parking garage in the Texas Medical Center.

Methodist Community Health Care Center, Sugar Land

Three-story health care center with accompanying four-story medical office building (over 150,000 SF) including ambulatory care facilities, short stay hospital rooms, operating rooms, office space, birthing center and specialized x-ray facilities. The steel frame facility features high level finishes, a large atrium and state-of-the-art communications systems.

Hermann Professional Office Building

Demolition of existing building, total rebuild of 126,000 SF  with Modernization and remodeling (400,000 SF) of the existing fifty-two year old medical facility located in the Houston Medical Center. The scope of the work included extensive remodeling of all floors, removal and replacement of the buildings roof, windows, mechanical, electrical, plumbing and elevator systems along with the addition of a fire alarm and automatic fire sprinkler system. The modernization project was completed on schedule in fifteen months and within budget while the medical office building continued in full operation without disruption to tenants or patient services.

Memorial Northwest Hospital Medical Office Building

Six-story poured-in-place medical office building and a 7½ level poured-in-place parking garage totaling over 350,000 SF. The work also included construction of the hospital's Cancer Treatment Center with education, food services, and conference facilities to support the Center. An all-weather sky-bridge was constructed to connect the two structures.
