Tellepsen awarded more than $340 million in new construction projects in and around the Texas Medical Center

HOUSTON (October 10, 2006) –Houston builder, Tellepsen Builders was recently awarded more than $340 million in new construction projects within and around Houston’s prestigious Texas Medical Center, the company announced today.

The combined projects will provide more than 50 levels of healthcare-related space, which includes the Texas Children’s Neurosensory Research Institute; 3800 Main Medical, a professional office complex with clinic space; a 1900-space Texas Medical Center parking garage; and various work for Baylor College of Medicine. Construction is already underway on the Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center Heart & Vascular Institute.
