Tellepsen awarded $73 million in liturgical construction contracts
HOUSTON (December 18, 2006) –Fourth-generation Houston builder, Tellepsen Builders was recently awarded $73 million in liturgical construction projects, the company announced today.
The combined projects include new worship, administrative and recreational facilities for Prince of Peace Catholic Community, Fellowship of the Woodlands, Sugar Creek Baptist Church, Holy Spirit Episcopal, Trinity Lutheran Church, St. Cecilia Catholic Church and Houston’s First Baptist Church.
In addition, Tellepsen recently completed major expansion projects for two prominent Houston churches including Second Baptist Church and Christ Church Cathedral. Projects involved more than 200,000 square-feet of educational facilities for Second Baptist’s West Campus and 250,000 square-feet of administration, outreach and parking space for Christ Church Cathedral.
